By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or renting any equipment from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

WireFrame Tech Design provides professional rental solutions including but not limited to:
- Touch Screen KIOSKs
- Non-Touch KIOSKs
- Interactive Display KIOSKs
- Industrial Displays
- Digital Signage Displays
- Exhibition Display Solutions
- Corporate Event Display Rentals
- Temporary Display Installations
Our services are available throughout India, subject to product availability and serviceability.
3. Eligibility
To place an order or rent equipment, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Be an authorized representative if placing an order on behalf of a business or organization.
4. Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided by WireFrame Tech Design are subject to equipment availability.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.
An order shall be considered confirmed only after:
- Written confirmation by WireFrame Tech Design.
- Receipt of the required advance payment.
- Availability of the requested equipment.
We reserve the right to decline any order without assigning any reason.
5. Rental Duration
Rental periods may range from:
- One Day
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Half-Yearly
- Annually
Customers may request an extension before the rental period expires.
Extensions are subject to equipment availability and additional rental charges.
6. Pricing
Rental prices are quoted based on:
- Equipment type
- Rental duration
- Quantity
- Delivery location
- Project requirements
Prices are exclusive of transportation charges unless specifically mentioned.
Applicable GST shall be charged as per Government regulations.
Prices may change without prior notice for future bookings.
7. Payment Terms
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be cleared before or at the time of equipment delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:
- NEFT
- UPI
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Secure Online Payment Links
GST invoices will be issued for all eligible transactions.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
8. Security Deposit
Certain equipment may require a refundable security deposit.
The security deposit shall be refunded after:
- Return of the equipment.
- Physical inspection by our technical team.
- Verification that the equipment has been returned in the same condition in which it was supplied.
Any damage, missing accessories, misuse, theft, liquid damage, electrical damage, or repair costs shall be deducted from the security deposit.
If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the customer shall remain liable for the balance.
9. Delivery & Transportation
WireFrame Tech Design provides delivery services throughout India.
Transportation charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Transport delays
- Government restrictions
- Force Majeure events
We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
10. Installation
Installation services are available at an additional charge.
Current installation charge:
₹900 per device
Installation charges may vary depending upon:
- Location
- Equipment
- Project complexity
Customers must provide suitable power supply, installation space, and site accessibility.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Use the equipment responsibly.
- Protect the equipment from theft or damage.
- Keep the equipment away from water, fire, dust, and extreme weather.
- Ensure stable electrical power.
- Prevent unauthorized access.
- Return all accessories supplied.
The customer shall be fully responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection.
12. Equipment Usage Restrictions
Customers shall not:
- Open or dismantle the equipment.
- Modify hardware or software.
- Remove company labels.
- Relocate equipment without prior approval.
- Use equipment for illegal activities.
- Use indoor equipment outdoors without written permission.
- Install unauthorized software.
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
13. Damage, Theft & Loss
Customers are responsible for any:
- Physical damage
- Screen damage
- Liquid damage
- Electrical damage
- Fire damage
- Theft
- Missing accessories
- Accidental damage caused during the rental period
Repair or replacement charges shall be determined by WireFrame Tech Design based on the actual cost incurred.
14. Technical Support
Technical support is available:
Monday to Sunday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Support may be provided through:
- Telephone
- Remote Assistance
- On-Site Visit
Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible.
15. Equipment Replacement
If equipment develops a genuine technical fault during normal usage, WireFrame Tech Design will arrange replacement or repair within 24 hours, subject to availability and location.
Replacement shall not apply where damage has been caused by customer negligence, misuse, unauthorized repair, fire, water, theft, electrical issues, or accidental damage.
16. Rental Extension
Rental extensions must be requested before the scheduled return date.
Approval depends upon equipment availability.
Additional rental charges shall apply.
Failure to obtain approval may result in late charges.
17. Equipment Return
Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time.
Late returns shall attract additional rental charges calculated on a per-day basis.
All supplied accessories, cables, adapters, stands, and packaging must be returned.
18. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel confirmed bookings.
If equipment has not yet been dispatched, payments made shall be refunded after applicable deductions, if any.
Where equipment has already been dispatched or installed, transportation charges shall be deducted from the refund.
Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
19. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, website content, designs, graphics, and branding displayed on this website belong to WireFrame Tech Design unless otherwise stated.
Customers retain ownership of any content uploaded onto rented equipment.
WireFrame Tech Design does not claim ownership over customer data, presentations, videos, software, or digital content.
20. Privacy
Our website may collect information including:
- Name
- Company Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Project Requirements
This information is used solely for providing quotations, rental services, customer support, and business communication.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
21. Limitation of Liability
WireFrame Tech Design shall not be liable for:
- Business interruption
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Data loss
- Software issues
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Third-party claims
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant rental agreement.
22. Force Majeure
WireFrame Tech Design shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Fire
- Pandemic
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruption
- Labour strikes
- War
- Internet failures
- Power outages
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
24. Changes to Terms
WireFrame Tech Design reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on wireframetech.com shall always prevail.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
